HUB of Analytics Education

The HUB of Analytics Education provides Open Educational Resources (OER) to faculty in Higher Education and Secondary Education. Higher Education: The HUB meets a critical need: free materials that assist faculty when teaching Big Data techniques in their classrooms. These materials include a large transactional dataset with supporting information and cases and exercises with suggested solutions and teaching notes for Auditing (ACL or IDEA based activities) and Management Accounting (Tableau based activities). Secondary Education: The HUB provides resources and training to secondary educators to infuse Big Data Curriculum into mathematics (e.g., algebra and statistics). The resources include lesson plans that link existing mathematics topics with Big Data applications. The materials are owned by the Northeastern University and/or the Authors. The information used for development and creation of the dataset and supporting materials was publicly available
