WHO WE ARE
Humanitarian Core Core for Sustainable Development (HUCSUD), is a non-political, non-religious, non-racial, non-segregated and non-profit making organisation.
We envision a democratic, Peaceful and Inclusive society where local
development is grounded on sustainability, taking into consideration of the well-being of orphans, youths living with disabilities, prisoners and ex-prisoners, internally displaced youths, young refugees, single mothers, young widows, youths on the streets, unemployed youths and others.
OUR MISSION
Humanitarian Core for Sustainable Development (HUCSUD) works with vital
stakeholders to enhance democracy, peaceful, holistic, inclusive and lasting
development across Cameroon and beyond the borders.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
OCTOBER –NOVEMBER 2021: Economic empowerment of 40 young internally
displaced women and widow-snail farming, financial literacy; liquid
soap production and psychosocial counselling;
October 2021-December 2021: We sensitized students of 04 Secondary School in Yaounde on the dangers of Dangers of Drug Consumption on
Campus.
March 26th 2022:Commemoration of International Women’s Day with 40
Young internally displaced women and widows in Yaounde.
March –April 2022:Training of 20 Internally Displaced Young Girs and
women on ICT.
March 2023: Held 2 campaigns to enhance the participation of young IDPs in Elections;
May 2023: Held a campaign to enhance the participation of Learners in Secondary Schools in Yaounde in Elections 2025 ;
