Huddle Community Services

Huddle Community Services is an organisation that provides comprehensive support to people living with multiple and complex needs. We specialise in supporting people with complex needs and those who are experiencing social-isolation and disadvantage. We are committed to working alongside people who live with dual-diagnosis, complex and concerning behaviour, and those who are culturally and linguistically diverse [CALD]. We are experienced with finding accommodation solutions to meet specific needs, and can assist clients to navigate documentation for ‘Supported Independent Living’ (SIL) and ‘Specialist Disability Accommodation’ (SDA). We’re passionate about working collaboratively with individuals, families and support providers. We have strong community connections, and extensive knowledge of the disability and mental health sectors within the Greater Geelong area.
