Hugo & Clément est une brasserie artisanale de Kombucha à Montreuil.
Nos choix sont guidé par un principe : le goût.
C'est pour cela que notre kombucha est fermenté de manière traditionnelle et qu'il n'est ni filtré, ni pasteurisé.
Pour parfumé nos boissons, nous utilisons des fruits frais que nous pressons à froid et des herbes & épices que nous faisons infuser dans notre atelier.
Nous avons fait le choix de valoriser le terroir français, ainsi tous nos ingrédients (à l'exception du thé) sont français.
