Hugo's Invitados is a chef-driven, guest-focused restaurant devoted to providing unique culinary and celebratory experiences to guests of all dietary preferences and needs, with cuisine and cocktails influenced by centuries of Mexican traditions, and inspired by the modern palate.
Our menu is almost entirely gluten-free, with a range of dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and kosher menu items available to suit the tastes of every guest.
We bake our own salsas, sauces, moles, and tortilla chips in house every day, and all of our processes are done with cleaner eating in mind. Nothing is ever fried, as we do not have a fryer in our kitchen, instead achieving unique and complex flavors through healthier processes and only the freshest ingredients.
Everything we do, from the farm-fresh and all-natural ingredients and the clean, authentic processes we use, to the service we offer and even the very tables and chairs, has all been uniquely designed with guests in mind to provide the best experiences possible.
