Executive Search We find the candidates who will define/support and execute the strategy. Most of our search activities are executed strictly confidential in C-level positions. Search & Selection We find the specialists and middle managers who execute the strategy and secure the results. These recruitment processes can be confidential as well as open regarding the customer's identity. Candidate Assessment We assist our clients in choosing among relevant candidates in external or internal recruitment processes. Candidate Assessment consists of a pre-analysis, thorough interviews including personal profile and cognitive test. A thorough interview with the candidate including feedback on personal profile and logic test and, most important a detailed feedback and inspiration to the hiring leader. Outplacement We offer outplacement programs dedicated to executives, managers, and employees. The deployed personnel will be followed for a fixed period with full access to personal counseling. Most people find a new job within 5 months. We design our outplacement activities for groups and individuals according to the customers' situation.
