Human Analytics is a consultancy specializing in helping public and private organizations address human rights risks associated with operating in complex environments. Our team brings expertise from the fields of human rights, business and risk management, and security and stabilization to assist our clients with identifying, mitigating, preventing, and addressing the risks they face in their operations. We work with clients to help them improve organizational performance and delivery through the development and implementation of human rights policies and best practices throughout the world, with a focus on areas of transition and complex environments. We assess risks arising from organizational operations, and then develop recommendations for mitigating those risks. We offer organizational training solutions to support the adoption of best practices and provide the framework and tools for companies to monitor and sustain these practices. Our engagement work with local communities and stakeholders facilitates constructive dialogue and creates the basis for mutual trust and community buy-in. We also assist with the development and implementation of effective complaints mechanisms that can feed into continual improvement processes.
