Human Capital Capability Academy (HCCA) is a management consultancy firm, established in mid may 2005. Its aim is clearly illustrated in its strat model; vision, mission, values, core competency and strategies in addition to the services of: 1-      Organizational development services, is a system-wide planned development & reinforcement of organizational strategies, structures, staffing & systems with the objective of leveraging HCCA's clients organizational effectiveness. This is presented to HCCA's clients in the form of 'all inclusive' tool kits including all the business indicators, work instructions, job aids and complete OD systems.  2-      Training services, is an expensive investment in the future skill base and development of an organization via its workforce.
