Our story began when we found that many people are not satisfied with their lives because of choosing wrong specialties that don't match their personal interests, passion, skills, and brain capabilities whether it's a job, a hobby, or a business. we believe that everyone has his own inner talents that need to be discovered or triggered and that will not be possible unless the individual has chosen the right specialty or profession that matches his capabilities. this is a fact-based on many types of research have done by human resources development scholars. From this point, Human Development Factory exists to bridge this gap and reinforce individuals to create their own world to serve their life purpose.
