Human First, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded in 2001. We are a multicultural agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and senior citizens of New York City and Long Island. Our mission is to provide greater opportunities for individuals with special needs to reach their personal goals. We are dedicated to developing support systems for both individuals and their families. Dedicated to reaching under-served populations in New York communities, we serve over 900 families in Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, New York, Nassau and Suffolk counties. We are well known for serving the most challenging individuals, from seriously emotionally disabled to medically fragile, and have been recognized by esteemed elected officials for our outstanding contributions to the care of the disabled in New York.
