The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) at the University of Sargodha is committed to shaping the future of leadership, innovation, and professional excellence. Established in July 2024, HRDC has rapidly become a premier platform for training and capacity building, successfully conducting 18 high-impact training sessions in a short span. Our programs are designed to equip officers, HODs, senior officials, and students with the skills, knowledge, and vision needed to excel in an ever-evolving professional landscape. From leadership development and strategic management to faculty training and student empowerment, HRDC fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth. Under the guidance of Mr. Khursheed Yousaf, Director HRDC, we strive to deliver transformative training experiences, expert-led seminars, and skill-building workshops that drive both individual and institutional success.
