Human Systems International (HSI)

Beginning in 1985 until its ultimate dissolution in early 2017, Human Systems International (HSI) utilized its knowledge-sharing network to help member organisations discover how they measured up against excellence across their management of project, program, and portfolio management and to fast track their capability improvement programs. Using decades of data on the actual practices of leading project-based organisations, HSI network members targeted excellence by comparing their processes, practices, people, and teams against a benchmark of the very best. HSI diagnostics provided a deep understanding of organisational strengths, enabling members to invest in improvement where it was most needed.
