HUMANA Second Hand is a second hand store and non-profit association based in Sweden. Our mission is to make it easy for customers to express their personal style and identity without consuming newly manufactured items. We offer a curated and contemporary selection of second hand and vintage clothing, footwear, and accessories in all our stores. By staying one step ahead of trends – and one step behind in production – we create a unique assortment that challenges the fashion industry. By blending styles, expressions, and references, we create something new and relevant. Always evolving, never standing still. Identities are shaped at HUMANA Second Hand, and we take pride and responsibility in leading the way toward a modern, circular approach to clothing consumption. HUMANA Second Hand is part of HUMANA Sweden – a non-profit organisation that has collected and sold used textiles since 1982. All surplus supports development aid projects that promote ecological, social, and economic sustainability. We aim to keep every garment we collect as high up in the EU waste hierarchy as possible – with reuse as the top priority. Independent audits by the environmental consultancy Mepex ensure full traceability and confirm that the textiles we handle are used in the most responsible way.
