O.N.G. de chirurgie humanitaire Missions humanitaires locales et internationales pour soigner les populations dans le besoin Nos 3 actions : SOIGNER : Par l'intermédiaire de notre réseau de professionnels de santé bénévoles, nous intervenons dans plusieurs pays sous la forme de missions de soins.⁠ Ces missions composées de chirurgiens, d’anesthésistes, d’infirmiers, de kinésithérapeutes, etc, permettent d'intervenir sur des pathologies habituellement difficiles à opérer.⁠ ENSEIGNER : Nous avons pour vocation de valoriser les ressources humaines locales et de rendre autonomes les structures de soins. Une action essentielle est donc la formation des professionnels de santé locaux. ⁠ ⁠Nos équipes médicales ont pour engagement de dispenser cet enseignement.⁠ Nous avons formé plus de 50 médecins et agents de santé à des spécialités chirurgicales, médicales et à la gestion hospitalière.⁠ RECONSTRUIRE : Pour parachever leur autonomie, les services de santé locaux doivent disposer de structures hospitalières adéquates. HumaniTerra reconstruit, réorganise et équipe ces services de soins.⁠ Nous acheminons matériels et médicaments, apportons une expertise dans la construction des infrastructures hospitalières, procédons à la réhabilitation des bâtiments existants et de leurs outils (bloc opératoire, anesthésie réanimation, radiologie) avec des équipements adaptés à l’environnement local.⁠ Dans un souci constant de pérennisation des infrastructures, nous mettons en place des projets d’établissements en collaboration avec les chefs de services hospitaliers préalablement formés.⁠
