Human Value Initiative, LLC

The decision to start Human Value Initiative (HVI) was a family decision that came shortly after our daughter was born in December of 2013. I realized as a father of two that I could not maintain the work-life balance that I desired and my family deserved. HVI assists organizations with placing people first through transformational leadership. Serving people and seeing their exponential growth and development is the goal and the reward. HVI utilizes a five-step process that includes discovery, creative design, immersion, implementation, and measured results. Services include DISC Assessments, Workshops, Virtual Training Sessions, and much more.
