Humanya

Almost four and a half years ago, I set up Camino Consult, together with a colleague. Looking back to it, I can only conclude that Camino Consult has brought me a lot: great customers, new insights and inspiring assignments. After all this time we came to a crossroad, realizing that the time had come for each one of us to choose again for our own way, which better fits with what we would like to do more in the future, and hopefully again in cooperation with nice customers and colleagues. From now on I will therefore, in cooperation with a network of consultants, work together with organizations and teams that want to change society - close to home or far away - into a better place to work and live. I'm going to do that under my company name Humanya, because my work involves working with people, and because the focus of my work is always on people. With a soft front and a strong back. I read the latter in the book 'Braving the Wilderness - the quest for true membership and the courage to stand alone' (Brene Brown), and it stayed with me because it expresses exactly how we will work with Humanya. You can really mean something to others (soft front) when you can also have the courage to say what you think and to do what you think is right (strong back), despite all criticism and fear. With Humanya we will work in a straightforward way, but always collaborate with respect for and in connection with the other.
