We are an authentic yoga community, where you can connect with like-minded people. Yoga with soul in the heart of Abbotsford. We see relationships as central, and aim to provide a personalized yoga experience, with every individual receiving feedback and guidance. We aim to create a community of like minded practitioners, teachers and friends, a spiritual community with heart and soul. A safe place where you can come to recharge, escape and ultimately to slow down. A place where you can integrate a physical yoga practice with meditation and breath work. A space, to just be.
