Our mission is to help people gain clarity on how to strategically approach their own personalized happiness through neuroscience, data analytics, and philosophy. 🧠 Neuroscience: We cover the basics of our happiness neurotransmitters (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins, or DOSE), exploring their original survival purpose, how today's environment affects them, and how to naturally boost each one. 📊 Data Analytics: Our in-house developed "Happiness Mirror" provides each participant with a personalized assessment across different happiness dimensions aligned with the four neurotransmitters, identifying where they thrive and where they might need more attention. We understand that clinging to results creates the very stress that sabotages contentment. We offer a 30-minute "light" workshop that can be delivered remotely, plus a 2-hour immersive in-person experience that seamlessly weaves theory with practical, science-backed exercises.
