I'm Lissy, a lifelong gamer, UX designer, and founder of this thing I'm calling HuMindWise (because human minds are naturally wise! See what I did there...to some success...?) I started HuMindWise to shake up professionalism with the power of PLAY. For over a decade, I've been using play whenever possible to fight stress, self-doubt, and isolation. In 2024, after being laid off and facing my own burnout, I considered leaving tech for good. But conversations with friends, about their stories, their struggles, their exhaustion, pulled me back in with a new sense of purpose. I realized I couldn’t fix the corporate world overnight. But! I could create a space where we support each other, continue building on the skills we need, and make work feel human again.
