Humsafar

Humsafar aims to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals to discuss their mental health challenges, offer support to one another, and receive advice and guidance from experts. Started as a one-time project funded by the Davis Project for Peace award, Humsafar has grown to become a community to freely express oneself without fear of stigma or discrimination. The community is open to everyone and operates with complete confidentiality. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that everyone deserves access to quality support and resources. That’s why we are dedicated to providing a platform where individuals can connect, support, and empower each other in their mental health journeys.
