With the help of hunch a company personnel can get in touch with well reputed recruiters who has been in the same industry. Select the recruiter based on certain criteria and their successful completion of previous requirements, and share their JD(Job Description),now the recruiter receives the JD and comes to a platform called Hunch Pal(a platform where jobseekers can submit/upload their profile) using this the recruiters can successfully complete the requirements and satisfy the company personnel.
