Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group

Founded in 2018, HUREIG is the largest real estate investment organization at Harvard College. Our club offers a comprehensive pathway for students to learn about real estate through a structured comp process, where new members learn the fundamentals of the industry, including property valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling. For our active members, we host meetings focused on underwriting real-world deals in partnership with leading companies in the industry. This experience allows members to apply both quantitative and qualitative analysis to live investment opportunities. HUREIG also collaborates closely with industry leaders, academics, and top real estate firms through our Speaker Series, providing members with insights into the global real estate landscape. Our goal is to supplement the academic experience at Harvard with practical, career-oriented exposure to real estate investing.
