TARES – Trek and Ride Expeditions is Destination Management Company for Northeast India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur), started by Himadri Protim from Eastern Assam. After 10 years of active guiding in tribal, trekking and wildlife in the seven state’s nooks and corner, understanding the need and wish of the travellers for the locations started this company. We are a company, who are passionate to show the Northeast India to the whole world with types of travel like – individual/group journeys, designed to match the travellers interests, taste and budget, created with an absolute commitment to quality and authenticity. As the name goes we are a team who organizes adventure tourism in seven states which includes trekking in Unexplored virgin Mountain trails, Bike(bicycle) / Motorcycle rides which includes off beaten tracks in interstate/ inter country (Indo – Bhutan), to Discovery Tours, Wildlife Tours and Special Interest Tours (Culinary / Tea Tasting / Butterfly / Birdwatching or Rafting and Angling)
