Hustle & Play™(H&P) is a wellness & time management program for individuals & organizations to help people live intentionally every day. Released in 2019, it is a research-based framework for continuous improvement housed in a beautiful faux leather guidebook. Our innovative approach empowers people to infuse more play into their lives, align everyday choices with core values, and connect with countless like-minded individuals from our workshops, partnerships, retreats, and peer learning groups. Folks often bring their insight to our online community to support each other in their journey towards personal growth and fulfillment. The program takes folks through cyclical reflection to fuel holistic visualization leading to practicing new behaviors - ultimately enhancing well-being in all areas of life.
We work with partners who are passionate about bringing wellness to their teams. Our partners understand that sustainable wellness requires innovation, skill building, and support. Investing in H&P leads to lower burnout, greater work/life balance, and ultimately, greater organizational impact as a whole. We work with teams for 90 days - an entire year depending on the needs of the organization.
