Our Energy division works with Renewable Energy generators across Australia and New Zealand to maintain and overhaul hydro and geothermal power plants, steam fields and ancillary pipe works and valves. We provide critical support to clients during unplanned outages. Our Industrial division supports large process engineering in Pulp & Paper, Timber mills and heavy industry, routine shutdowns/turnarounds and unplanned outages. Our manufacturing unit fabricates all types of steel products, valves and specialised manufacturing equipment that are exported to North America, Europe and the Middle East. The HUTEC point of difference is our open and transparent approach to pricing and our agility to pivot to support our clients when they most need it. We are one of the larger employers in New Zealand’s renewable energy golden triangle in the North Island. We take responsibility for training the next generation of the workforce with typically more than a dozen apprentices that we are supporting through to full qualification.
