Huxtable attorneys is a small personalised firm of attorneys at the seat of High Court for the Eastern Cape. The High Court situated in Makhanda (formerly Grahamstown) has jurisdiction over the entire Eastern Cape including the former Transkei and Ciskei. I have been practicing at the seat of the High Court for the last 23 years and have intimate knowledge of the local rules and practices. The Master of the High Court, Eastern Cape is also situated in Makhanda (formerly Grahamstown) which means we can offer services relating to Masters office queries and lodgments.
