Now, this is not a judgment of any one person, simply a recognition that the core skills to successfully deal with change are very often not taught in homes, schools, or the workplace. So, to be clear I am not talking about a character flaw. HVASF (The Daily Vitamin for Your Mind) has created a system that helps real people learn and apply the foundational skills to help them deal more successfully with change.
