Tenants association De Eerste Kamer represents more than 4000 tenants of DUWO in The Hague. Our main goal is to represent the interests of tenants. When DUWO determines her policy, we can take part in the conversation. In order to represent the interests of tenants in The Hague as effectively as possible, De Eerste Kamer is active at both central (policy-related) and local (mainly practical) level. For a large number of subjects, we influence decision-making through advisory, information and consent law. This means that we check DUWO and ensure that DUWO complies with the law, but also with the obligations towards the tenants. If tenants still experience problems with DUWO, De Eerste Kamer can find a solution through providing information, mediation with DUWO and / or legal support.
