We are a Micro Roastery & coffee shop located in downtown Montreal, Canada, offering third wave speciality coffee, more into the light and medium roast profile, presenting floral and super fruity notes (specially strawberry :). We wanna bring this crazy taste of good roasted coffee, including original extracting technics (ethiopian jars, vietnamien drip, turkish coffee, japanese drip, arabic mixes, exclusive yemenite sourcing when we can). Our shop present a complete offer of coffee bean bags and brewing accessories. Trying to fulfill the need of healthy, organic, vegan and gluten free we try to democratize this offer on the market for student and young professionals.
