Our traffic control designers are ATSSA certified and can design plans to meet the specifications of the M.U.T.C.D., W.A.T.C.H. and California Joint Utility Manuals. We provide both Engineered and non Engineered traffic plans. We also have permitting clerks with excellent working relationships with several agencies and have knowledge of what each is looking for when applying for permits.
