Founded in 1981, Hwang Chang Construction has dedicated over 40 years to public engineering, undertaking numerous large-scale domestic infrastructure projects. Throughout these years, we have consistently overcome challenges with unwavering determination. Our portfolio spans a wide range of disciplines, including civil, MRT, architectural, and maritime engineering projects across northern Taiwan. Notable achievements include the demolition of the Zhongxiao Bridge Ramp and the reconstruction of Huannan Market, etc. In addition, we have constructed 4,800 social housing units, making us the foremost contractor in social housing development in Taiwan.
