The Gloucestershire Healthy Workplace Programme is a free, countywide initiative designed to support organisations of all sizes to improve the health and wellbeing of their workforce.
At the heart of the programme is the Healthy Workplace Award, an accreditation that recognises employers who are committed to building a culture of wellbeing. There are multiple levels to achieve and the award guides organisations through evidence-based criteria across key areas such as leadership, culture, mental & physical health, and emotional & financial wellbeing.
The award process is flexible, user-friendly, and designed to support continuous improvement. Over 50 organisations across Gloucestershire have already achieved accreditation, with many more currently engaged in the process.
