HWNT Arlington was unanimously voted into the state organization, Hispanic Women's Network of Texas in February 2023. The HWNT Arlington leadership team has over 30+ years of committed membership to HWNT as previous chapter leaders and HWNT state board members. Arlington has a population of over 400,000 residents with a 36% Latino/a population. Arlington is the 5th most diverse city in the nation and the HWNT Arlington leadership is looking forward to cultivating those diverse relations. Today with 18 and growing, committed members, and numerous supporters which include local community powerhouses, elected officials, and dedicated high school and university students, HWNT Arlington is creating pathways to strengthen Latina Leadership within the city.
