Hyalite is a medium-sized multi-disciplined consultant engineering and land surveying company with offices in Montana and North Dakota. The company was founded in 2002 by Mike Stenberg and Cory Ravnaas as the "Engineering Solutions Team" focusing on difficult and challenging projects. In 2014, the firm acquired Compass Consulting and Matt Anderson. Mr. Anderson currently leads the company structural division. Shannon Marinko became a principal at Hyalite in 2015 and he manages the land surveying division of the company.
In July of 2016, Hyalite acquired a small North Dakota consulting firm named Circle-H Engineering and Surveying and "The New Hyalite" era commenced. We are a diverse 15-person multi-disciplined company with two main offices. The corporate headquarters is located in Bozeman, Montana and our North Dakota office is located in Dunn Center.
We are consulting engineers, construction managers, and land surveyors specializing in permit and project facilitation of all types. We are problem solvers and able to listen to needs of our clients and help them to devise an appropriate solution path. We have a long-term track record for project success having completed in excess of one thousand engineered projects across over a dozen states.
