Our gym is the best in Portland! A large variety of equipment—from trusted favorites to new innovations—make training safe, fun and functional. Our huge, 4,500 sq ft gym gives trainers and clients ample room to do their best work. Every detail—from the gym floor to the fully stocked locker rooms—has been carefully planned and meticulously maintained.

Personal training can seem like a 1:1 sport, but we do everything we can to help facilitate a strong sense of community at the gym.
