About Hybrid Teaching

Funded by the European Union, Hybrid Teaching - Empowering Educators for the Future is a 2-year-long educational project that aims at empowerin academic staff for flexible hybrid teaching and institutionalize knowledge through a microcertification system. These objectives seek to improve teaching and learning in hybrid classrooms and provide continuous professional development opportunities. To achieve the objectives consortium will perform user profile research, develop 6 micro-credentials on hybrid teaching, 3 consortium partners (LT, DE, PT) will establish micro-certification systems and run community of practice to sustain new knowledge and culture. Micro-certification systems will drive systemic change in terms of academic staff digital didactic competencies, what will lead to increased institutional capacity for blended mobility and educational innovation Who are the project partners?
