Currently, surveys and focus groups are used to gather information but these approaches have significant limitations (e.g., time required to participate, infrequent, lag between measurement & actions).
Project WELL (Wellbeing, Effectiveness, Location, & Livelihood) seeks to resolve these issues with wearable technology. By studying hundreds of employees at top-tier companies for years, we've generated a massive dataset to decipher the links between work location, sleep, mood, physical wellbeing, productivity, engagement, social dynamics, and a host of other work and non-work factors. Our ambition is to help employees achieve greater wellbeing and more of their potential by exploring these signals in the context of hybrid work.
