Hycgan is an innovative property development company based in London. We deliver high quality built environment projects with outstanding returns on investment — in the UK and beyond. Hycgan, which means “think” or “consider”, is a development manager. We work on concept development and provide strategic advice. We find and evaluate sites, appraise proposals, work with investors and funders, manage the delivery of projects to completion, and can operate a finished building or organise its divestment.
