Hydraulic System Products Limited is an innovative UK designer and manufacturer of hydraulic test equipment, valves and niche control components for fluid power systems used in a wide range of industrial sectors. HSP has been in business for over 40 years and supplies products globally both directly to end users and through a range of distributors. HSP supply a range of major blue chip OEM customers and meet the most demanding quality, cleanliness and delivery requirements. As an independent UK designer and manufacturer of hydraulic components we can offer unrivalled service levels to many product manufacturing businesses. We design, manufacture, assemble and test all our products in our own facility in Wakefield and supply both standard and bespoke products to our customers. The company is based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and occupies a modern 10,000 sq ft (1000 m²) industrial unit just minutes from the M1 motorway. Based on a single site for continued expansion the company has full design, manufacturing and test facilities. In-house design and engineering Large fully capable CNC Machine Shop Assembly Workshop Hydraulic Test Area All manufacturing operations apart from specialist coatings and heat treatment are carried out in-house and so are fully in the company’s control. In-house manufacturing resources include: Multi Axis, Multi Spindle CNC Lathes with live tooling CNC Milling Honing Grinding Ultrasonic Cleaning All products can be supplied in a range of materials to meet the requirements of different applications. A member of the British Fluid Power Association (BFPA), Hydraulic System Products Limited holds ISO9001:2008 certification and can supply products with full manufacturing QA certification and material traceability if required.
