The Hydronic Shell system will reduce the heating and cooling energy consumption of existing buildings by an order of magnitude while achieving major improvements in other key areas of performance, including thermal comfort and indoor air quality. Retrofitting the Hydronic Shell onto an existing facade will revitalize the building appearance with limitless architectural possibilities. Performing the work outside of the building minimizes tenant disruption and avoids costly tenant displacements.
Beyond retrofits, the Hydronic Shell will also emerge as a preferred HVAC technology for multifamily new construction. Our technology will offer better performance at lower cost than any other HVAC technology on the market today.
