We are excited to introduce to you our new business Hyhause Facilities Management Ltd. The company has taken on the former trading arrangements of Cambridge Felt Roofing Ltd along with additional experienced managerial staff and highly skilled field resources.
This new business will continue to provide both general and specialist roofing repairs, maintenance, and new build installations. In addition, Hyhause now provides residential and commercial facilities management and field services.
Hyhause Facilities Management Ltd provides facilities management services including but not limited to refurbishment, voids management, and specialist roofing services to the private and social housing sectors, commercial, educational and commercial premises. Refurbishment typically includes window replacement, kitchen and bathroom replacement, floor coverings, painting and decorating, and property cleaning throughout. Specialist provision of electrical, plumbing and gas works are carried out by approved dedicated supply chain partners.
The Company provides planned and cyclical maintenance as well as providing a reactive service to carry out repairs and emergency responses. Specialist roofing services offered include flat and pitched roof coverings, gutter and roofline replacement, and liquid applied membranes to roofs, balconies, and walkways.
Hyhause provide a complete service for housing providers, government and local authority premises, and commercial clients including asbestos surveying, preparation of quotations, and arranging access and provision of certification where relevant. This level of service has won us many contracts, being attractive to customers as little input is required from them to manage the contract/works.
