The company manufactures high quality Hose fittings, Tube fittings, Adaptors, Flanges and allied products under a brand name “HYJOINT” with more than 20 years of expertise. Additionally HYJOINT supplies various complementary products that enhance fluid conveyance requirements. HYJOINT has 2 dedicated State-of-the art manufacturing units, one over 6000 sqft at Tiruchengode and another over 2000 sqft at Bangalore located south of India covering 2 major industrial state hubs. In addition, full-fledged sales office at Chennai with both Air & Sea port access and large stock for On time delivery meeting domestic and export demands. HYJOINT is certified for ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systems. All fittings are confirmed with multilevel testing process using Gauges, Instruments, Profile Projector, Hardness test, Roughness test and Crack test. Further fittings are tested at random to confirm their performance with dedicated test facility. The following tests are performed as per International Standards. Leakage test Burst pressure test Vacuum test Salt spray test All fittings are surface treated with blue zinc as standard. Trivalent blue Zinc & Zinc nickel will be made available on customer request.
