Hyke Gin

HYKE Gin is a sustainable grape gin, made in Sussex, England, using what is leftover from bunches of table grapes being trimmed to fit into standard sized supermarket punnets. These grapes are distilled to create a smooth grape spirit, before being expertly blended with grain spirit, and steeped with botanicals inspired by the grapes’ global origins, including coriander, myrrh and rooibos. All of which give this IWSC Gold Medal-winning gin its one-of-a-kind flavour. HYKE a journey worth sharing.
