Aker Solutions acquired Hymatek Controls and its parent company Rainpower in March 2022. For service requests please contact hydroservice@akersolutions.com. As part of Aker Solutions, the company will continue to play a leading role in renewable energy, especially hydropower. We will develop, produce, and deliver hydropower turbines, control systems, and associated equipment for clients and projects worldwide. In addition, we will supply equipment for new installations and upgrade existing hydropower plants. The acquisition of Rainpower and Hymatek Controls has strenghtened Aker Solutions’ growth strategy and will further enhance our offering within renewables.
