The purpose of our work is to define a clear vision for identifying the right audience to tell your story throughout their decision-making journey within the Amazon and .com ecosystems. Specifically, to provide clarity for what your brand is doing today, opportunities to go after, and the best path forward. Centered around five core principles: (1) be consumer-led; (2) learn from data; (3) always deliver value; (4) be innovative; (5) focus to scale and sustain. Our work kicks off with a deep assessment of the account, listings, and ppc program for improving user experience, conversion rate, audience expansion, and ACOS. We will focus on quick win recommendations for updating the existing experience and campaigns, followed by, deeper launch plans to accelerate and test keyword expansion, ad spend, ad creative, and global expansion. We may also prepare a brand reset plan, needs assessment, and strategize ways to mitigate any potential negative performance impact.
