(“HC”) was organized to develop, among others, a mobile phone-linked automated electronic payment system using RFID/stored value/contactless card and NFC (Near Field Communications) technologies for high speed, high volume, low value transactions involving mass transit, toll ways, ferries, busses, stadiums, parking buildings, theaters, quick serve restaurants (“QSR”), etc. It offers the following products and services: 1. Mobile phone-linked automatic payment system which uses RFID/Smart/stored value/contactless cards (mCash); 2. Design, manufacture, assembly and installation of electronic semiconductor devices, terminals & other peripherals; 3. Development of related customer services through strategic partners; 4. Development of related systems and backroom integration; 5. Integrated information systems; 6. Privacy and security services; 7. Data management services; and 8. Sales, operations and management of such ICT services.
