I want to make use of my 30+ years of sales and sales management experience and pass on my knowledge and learnings to the next generation of sales professionals. I have been developing people in this way throughout my career. Together we will use proven processes and tools to help you clarify your goals, develop a winning plan, improve your leadership skills, and make great decisions. There are two areas I focus on. The first is Executive Sales Coaching for heads of sales and sales managers on all of the topics and issues they deal with on a daily basis including team performance, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, change management, company politics, relationships and influence, sales strategy and work-life balance. The second area is Career and Transition Coaching for all levels of sales professionals who need assistance with developing an overall career plan including goal setting, personal assessment, gap analysis, action plans, personal branding and marketing, networking, interviewing skills, negotiation and onboarding. HyPerformance Sales Coaching provides one on one development and counseling for sales leaders and sales people so they can fulfill their personal, career and financial goals. The services and programs offered in Executive Sales Coaching and Career and Transition Coaching are the result of decades of actual sales experience and utilize many industry proven processes.
