HyperImage Project entitled as: A universal spectral imaging sensor platform for industry, agriculture and autonomous driving. Its receiving funding by European Union Horizon Europe Program under grant agreement 101135827. HyperImage is pioneering a groundbreaking project to develop a versatile, high-speed, and cost-effective spectral image sensing technology platform for both short- and long-range applications. Leveraging cutting-edge photonic components such as electrically tunable liquid lenses, pixel shifters, fast steering mirrors, and configurable SMD style IR micro-emitter arrays, HyperImage will integrate them into advanced multi- and hyperspectral snapshot and line scan cameras. Driven by AI machine learning algorithms, this innovative technology translates spectral image data into actionable product properties, enabling precise object detection and classification, particularly beneficial for applications like autonomous driving. The platform includes a cloud-based spectral image analysis system and a reference data repository for continuous improvement of accuracy and prediction models.
