Our coffee of the week ~ Campamento Alto ~ is a washed Guatemalan with notes of brown sugar, plum and milk chocolate. Aurelio Villatoro is one of the premier producers in Guatemala. His farms, La Esperanza and Villaure produce some of the most sought after coffees in the world and are regular prize winners in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence competitions.
