We are the sole distributor of HYROX products in Iran, since January 2020. HYROX, located in East China, is the largest iron oxide manufacturer in Asia. HYROX annual capacity is 160,000 MT of a full range of iron oxide pigments including red, yellow, black, orange, brown, and green. HYROX products are widely used in many fields, such as: 1. Construction materials (concrete tiles, blocks, cement, ceramic glaze, mortar, and roofing tiles and so on) 2. Paints, coatings & resins, (including water-based paints and solvent-based paints) 3. Rubber industry & plastics (thermoplastics like PE, PP, ABS and so on) 4. Paper industry (Laminated paper, tipping paper, and so on.) 5. Ceramics (glaze…) 6. leather HYROX advantages Quality guarantee: HYROX brand has been well known in the world as a quality product, and we devoted ourselves to prompt as 1st class quality products. We know that adding too much filler will reduce the tinting strength, which means the increase of usage/consumption amount. While overdosage of that kind of pigment will decline the intensity of customers' products which will endanger the quality of their final products. Thus, we refuse to blend the lower-class products for customers’ interests. Test Method: HYROX makes sample tests in various ways according to different applications. For construction materials end-user, we make sample test by cement block test; For paints end-user, we make drawdowns by solvent-based & water-based test; For plastic end-user, we make plastic sheet test; For paper end-user, we make hand sheet test; Besides, we research the particle size both macroscopically (by laser particle size distribution measurement) and microscopically (by SEM). Stability and sustainability: WE can guarantee the supply consistency and quality stability because of our strict control of the relevant parameters in the production line such as the pressure, temperature, Ph value, and concentration. All the chemical factors are under strict control.
